★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local limpo, bem organizado respeita os protocolos de segurança. Atendimento mto bom. Em relação ao preço, não muda em relação a outros lugares da região. Não há estacionamento e nem voucher, isto atrapalha quem vem de carro, por ser numa avenida de mto trânsito.
 Clean, well-organized place respects safety protocols. Very good service. Regarding the price, it does not change in relation to other places in the region. There is no parking and no voucher, this hinders those who come by car, as it is on a high-traffic avenue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando efetuar o cancelamento do contrato ortodontico meue da minha esposadesde a data 22/06, porém não tenho o retorno da clínica Sorridents Vila Carrão.
Já Simone Dentista que disse que iria verificar com o Dentista e não tive retorno. Em seguida falei com a Nathalia que me informou que para rescisão eles iriam cobrar uma taxa de pasta do meu contrato referente a documentação que no momento que fechei o serviço era gratuito. Como não iniciei o serviço a devolução deveria ser total de 170 reais. No caso da minha esposa eles queria cobrar 30% em.um contrato de 2 anos, sendo que por jurisprudência só pode ser cobrado 10% e ainda tivemos outras análise que o tratamento dela duraria apenas 8 meses, ou seja, um contrato totalmente abusivo. Após explicar a situação não tive mais retorno sobre a rescisão
I am trying to cancel the contract orthodontic meue of my spouse of the date 22/06, however I do not have the return of the clinic Sorridents Vila Carrão.
Already Simone Dentist who said he would check with the Dentist and had no return. Then I spoke with Nathalia who informed me that for termination they would charge a folder fee of my contract for documentation that at the time I closed the service was free. As I did not start the service the return should be total of 170 reais. In the case of my wife they wanted to charge 30% in a 2 year contract, and by case law can only be charged 10% and we still had other analysis that the treatment would last only 8 months, that is, a totally abusive contract. Clinic with excellent service, from the reception to the procedure we received a lot of attention. Post surgical guidelines are fundamental and well explained by the surgeon. Very fair prices and payment terms for the level of professionalism. Special thanks to Silvia, Simone, and the entire team at the Carrão unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento no meu caso. Quando precisei, funcionário retirou familiar da casa de repouso(nas imediações) levaram para o consultório e devolveram. O serviço foi satisfatório e o preço adequado.
Excellent service in my case. When I needed it, the employee took the family member from the nursing home (in the vicinity) to the office and returned it. The service was satisfactory and the price was right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho muito estranho as pessoas dizerem que o atendimento é excelente! Fui fazer um orçamento e ficaram dizendo que ia ser muito caro e tudo mais. Nem avaliaram para saber qual o melhor tratamento. Simplesmente olharam para minha aparência e pensaram "esse aí não tem condições de fazer um tratamento aqui" . Fico decepcionado com pessoas assim !
I find it very strange that people say that the service is excellent! I went to make a budget and they kept saying it was going to be very expensive and everything. Neither evaluated to know what the best treatment. They simply looked at my appearance and thought "this one is not able to do a treatment here". I get disappointed in people like that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo lugar minha mae foi mal atendida nao entregou a protese conforme combinado minha mae pagou caríssimo e nao entregaram faz mais de 1 mes q minha mae tenta resolver e eles nao consegue entregar uma protese eles entregaram 2 x uma protese super inferior do combinado foi mais de 3mil reais uma protese q eles nao consegue fazer e o pior a dentista e a responsavel de la foi super grosseira com minha mae que é uma senhora de idade ela mandou minha mae procurar os direito a dentista e a responsavel falou q devolve o dinheiro porem com de 30%como assim?se quem nao entregou o combinado foi vcs um absurdo mexeu com a alto estima da minha mae falou q iria entregar a protese antes do natal pois ate agora nada .hoje dia 31.12 21 estou correndo com a minha mae atras do direito dela como foi elas q falaram inclusive nao deram um documento pra minha mae mandou ela entrar numa sala com elas e disse q uma delas é tesstemunha encurralando minha mae q estava sozinha uma senhora absurdo essa sorridents vila carrao pois agora estou correndo atrás. Pois ela uma senhora desempregada q pegou cartao emprestado pra arrumar os dentes pq ela sofria muito prometeram protese maravilhosa q ficaria lindo etc .arracanram os dentes da minha mae agora ela esta sem dente pra se alimentar sem a protese e sem dinheiro pra fazer em outro lugar ela esta triste e desanimada pq mexeu com auto estima dela .humilharam com palavras grosseiras e ainda disse se minha mae quiser pra ela pagar um implante
Terrible place my mother was poorly attended she did not deliver the prosthesis as agreed my mother paid a lot and they did not deliver for more than 1 month my mother tries to solve it and they cannot deliver a prosthesis they delivered 2 x a prosthesis super inferior to the agreed it was more than 3 thousand reais for a prosthesis that they can't make and the worst thing is the dentist and the person in charge was super rude to my mother, who is an elderly lady, she sent my mother to look for the right to the dentist and the person in charge said she would return the money, but with of 30%, what do you mean? if you didn't deliver the deal, it was an absurdity that messed with my mother's high esteem, she said she would deliver the prosthesis before Christmas because so far nothing. her right how was it they said they didn't even give my mother a document sent her into a room with them and said that one of them is a witness cornering my mother who was alone such an absurd lady rridents vila carrao because now I'm running after. Because she is an unemployed lady who borrowed a card to fix her teeth because she suffered a lot they promised a wonderful denture that would look beautiful etc. My mother's teeth pulled out now she has no teeth to eat without the denture and no money to make elsewhere she is sad and discouraged because it messed with her self-esteem. They humiliated her with rude words and even said if my mother wants her to pay for an implant
