Faço meu tratamento com os alinhadores da Clear Correct lá e já vejo resultados incríveis, Dra Letícia que fez a minha avaliação é perfeita eme detalhou tudo como seria o tratamento, Dra Taimi que me acompanha é sensacional, uma super profissional e sem contar o preço dos tratamentos que é super justo, nada abusivo. Recomendo de olhos fechados
 The clinic already starts well from reception, to all facilities. I do my treatment with the Clear Correct aligners there and I already see incredible results, Dra Letícia who made my assessment is perfect and detailed everything how the treatment would be, Dra Taimi who accompanies me is sensational, a super professional and not to mention the price of treatments that are super fair, nothing abusive. Recommend with eyes closed

- Fiz um implante, não retiram parte dos pontos da gengiva e estou com uma inflamação, por isso. Fui no retorno informaram que ao terminar o tratamento iriam tirar, onde isso ocorre? 6 meses para tirar um ponto inflamado.
- Me indicaram fazer um restauração em um dente que não sentia nada, após fazer o dente começou a doer.
- Marquei um retorno, fiquei esperando por mais de 1 hora depois do horário marcado, e não fui atendido. Desisti do tratamento, é muito descaso com o cliente.
- Paguei à vista para fazer um implante , pedi a nota fiscal e levou quase um mês depois de muito stress pedindo o documento, pois não forneciam a NF. Sendo que a NF tem que ser emitida no ato do pagamento.
- Fui a clinica em uns 4 procedimentos, todos atendimentos com dentistas diferentes, aparentemente novatos , não passavam credibilidade alguma.
- Conclusão, localização, marketing e um prédio bonito não indica qualidade do dentista.
Não indico a Sorrifácil para ninguém, foi a pior experiência possível, perdi tempo e dinheiro.
Worst experience I've ever had with a dentist,
- I had an implant, they do not remove part of the gum points and I have an inflammation, that's why. I went back and informed that after finishing the treatment they would take it out, where does this occur? 6 months to remove a sore spot.
- I was told to make a restoration on a tooth that felt nothing, after making the tooth it started to hurt.
- I made an appointment, I was waiting for more than 1 hour after the scheduled time, and I was not attended. I gave up on treatment, it is very disregard for the client.
- I paid cash to do an implant, asked for the invoice and it took almost a month after a lot of stress asking for the document, as they did not provide the invoice. Since the NF has to be issued at the time of payment.
- I went to the clinic in about 4 procedures, all with different dentists, apparently novices, did not pass any credibility.
- Conclusion, location, marketing and a beautiful building does not indicate dentist quality.
I don't recommend Sorrifácil to anyone, it was the worst possible experience, I lost time and money.

The clinic is impeccable from the point of view of cleanliness and the capacity of the professionals. I have had my dental treatment only at this Moraes Sales clinic. , doing everything possible to attend to me with great attention.

Fiz agendamento para avaliação, mas no dia tive contratempos e atrasei 15 minutos, então disseram que não poderia ser atendida naquele dia. Até aí, tudo bem,então reagendei. Na semana seguinte, cheguei exatamente no horário marcado, porém fiquei aguardando por 35 minutos e nada de ser atendida, sendo assim desisti. Achei uma total falta de comprometimento, por isso não voltarei mais lá.
The service is good, but I didn't have a good experience. I made an appointment for an evaluation, but on the day I had setbacks and I was 15 minutes late, so they said I couldn't be seen that day. So far so good, so I rescheduled. The following week, I arrived exactly at the scheduled time, but I was waiting for 35 minutes and there was no answer, so I gave up. I found it to be a total lack of commitment, so I won't be going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço! Coloquei o clear para alinhar os dentes, eram pra ser 6 meses de tratamento, depois de 1,5 ano ainda estava usando, e meus dentes nao corrigiram. Desisiti do tratamento e ainda desgastaram um dos meus dentes da frente. Fiquei muito decepcionada. Cada hora é um dentista que TE atende.. sao bem perdidos e confusos. NÃO RECOMENDO!
Terrible service! I put the clear to align the teeth, it was supposed to be 6 months of treatment, after 1.5 years I was still using it, and my teeth didn't correct. I gave up on the treatment and they even wore out one of my front teeth. I was very disappointed. Every hour there is a dentist who sees you.. they are very lost and confused. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O primeiro atendimento foi bem tranquilo e cordial. Não fechei nada ainda, estava apenas buscando orçamento. Fizeram uma radiografia panorâmica da minha boca gratuitamente para a avaliação. O processo todo é um pouco demorado. Mostra a clínica, senta; faz panorâmica, senta; conversa com dentista, senta; orçamento, senta... e assim vai. Todos atenciosos e receptivos. A clínica estava super limpa e bem iluminada. A localização é boa e possui algumas vagas para estacionar. O preço é compartivel com os de outros lugares com o mesmo serviço, um pouco mais caro porém. Ainda avaliando para ver se fecharei com a clínica.
The first service was very calm and cordial. I haven't closed anything yet, I was just looking for a budget. They took a panoramic x-ray of my mouth free of charge for evaluation. The whole process takes a little while. Shows the clinic, sits down; pan, sit; talk to dentist, sit down; budget, sit down... and so on. All attentive and receptive. The clinic was super clean and well lit. The location is good and has some parking spaces. The price is compatible with other places with the same service, a little more expensive however. Still evaluating to see if I'll close with the clinic.
