Péssimo, pior experiência da vida. Fui em Abril realizar o canal que a dentista informou que eu precisaria fazer, fiquei mais de 2 meses indo e vindo mais de 1x na semana realizar o procedimento. Saí de lá enfim achando que estava tudo ok. Mês passado voltei a sentir muita dor no mesmo dente e fui a outro dentista levando um raio x panoramico e o mesmo informou que o canal NÃO havia sido realizado. Pedi mais 3 opiniões de dentistas diferentes e todos informaram a mesma coisa. Fui à clinica procurar um respaldo ja que o procedimento foi pago e não foi realizado, e já estava com canal agendado em outro local, de minha confiança, e queria PELO MENOS o valor do canal pra eu não sair mais ainda ainda no prezuízo, já que meu dente foi perfurado e talvez eu perca o dente e precise de um implante (pelo que me informaram 2.500,00 se necessario) mas ok, só queria resolver logo e seguir meu tratamento. Não tinha nenhum responsavel na clínica e me passaram um numero de telefone, e aí só piora, a unica opçao que me deram foi ir novamente à clinica e realizar o tratamento lá (o tratamento que era era pra ter sido realizado meses antes e foi pago e só me trouxe mais problema no dente) Zero confiança. Informavam que "tambem tiveram prejuízo pois pagaram a Dra e nao iriam arcar com o valor", porem eu paguei e nao foi feito, EU fiquei TOTALMENTE no prejuízo com esse "canal", exames, novo canal, e talvez implante, ja que, repetindo, corro o risco de perder o dente. Descaso total. Nao devolveram o dinheiro, e ainda falaram que se fosse devolver o valor iria descontar o que pagaram pra dra. Gente??? Eu fiquei sem acreditar em tamanho descaso. Solicitei o CRO da dra varias vezes pra realizar uma denuncia e estou aguardando a mais de 3 semanas, pois, segundo ele, ela foi demitida a alguns meses e não tem os dados fáceis, tamanha a desorganizaçao do local. Irei atrás dos meus direitos. Cuidado com este local.
Terrible, worst experience of life. In April, I went to perform the root canal that the dentist said I would need to do, I spent more than 2 months coming and going more than 1x a week to perform the procedure. I finally left there thinking that everything was ok. Last month I again felt a lot of pain in the same tooth and I went to another dentist taking a panoramic x-ray and he informed that the root canal had NOT been performed. I asked for 3 more opinions from different dentists and they all reported the same thing. I went to the clinic to seek support since the procedure was paid for and was not performed, and I already had a channel scheduled in another place, I trust, and I wanted AT LEAST the value of the channel so I wouldn't go out even more in the prezuízo, already that my tooth was perforated and maybe I lose the tooth and need an implant (so they informed me 2,500.00 if necessary) but ok, I just wanted to solve it soon and follow my treatment. There was no person in charge at the clinic and they gave me a phone number, and then it only got worse, the only option they gave me was to go back to the clinic and undergo the treatment there (the treatment that was supposed to have been carried out months before and was paid and it only brought me more problem with the tooth) Zero trust. They reported that "they also had a loss because they paid Dr and they would not bear the amount", but I paid and it was not done, I was TOTALLY at a loss with this "channel", exams, new channel, and maybe implant, since, again, I run the risk of losing my tooth. Total disregard. They did not return the money, and even said that if they were going to return the amount, they would deduct what they paid to dr. People??? I couldn't believe in such neglect. I asked Dr. CRO several times to make a complaint and I've been waiting for more than 3 weeks, because, according to him, she was fired a few months ago and doesn't have easy data, such is the disorganization of the place. I will go after my rights. Beware of this location.
