Little attentive secretary, she answered, seeming to do me a favor. I've never had a tooth cleaning this quick. I didn't like it and I don't recommend it to anyone.

An evaluation consultation that lasted 5 minutes. No effort to win and keep the patient. Your interest is in the payment of 70 reais for the initial consultation and nothing else. I have never seen anyone treat the customer in such a disinterested and sloppy way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Marquei consulta e, qdo cheguei no horário marcado na unidade do nova américa, a secretaria avisou q a dentista nao pode vir de manhã e só chegaria a tarde. Tremenda falta de respeito com o paciente em não ligar para avisar e esperar o cliente chegar no consultório, pagar gasolina, estacionamento de shopping pra nada. Primeira e ultima vez nesse consultorio. Nunca mais!
Terrible! I made an appointment and, when I arrived at the appointment time in the unit of nova américa, the secretary warned that the dentist cannot come in the morning and would only arrive in the afternoon. Tremendous lack of respect with the patient for not calling to warn and wait for the client to arrive at the office, pay for gas, parking for nothing. First and last time in that office. Never!
