★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento via wpp foi super ruim. Fiz algumas perguntas e mau foram respondidas, tentei marcar tbm não conseguir. Mais relevei e fui ate lá pra macar neh. Marquei com atendente, cheguei a comentar que fui mal atendida no wpp, e mesmo assim não houve nenhum tipo de explicação.
Deixei marcada a consulta, pedir dispensa do trabalho pra poder ir, e no dia da consulta a dentista não foi, e quase na hora de ir, me ligaram desmarcando com a desculpa que a dentista havia a tomado a vacina e tava com braço doendo. Disse tudo bem! Falaram que me remarcar, e que me ligariam no máximo no final da tarde pra dizer qual dia eu poderia ir. Ate hoje espero essa ligação. Pq nao houve nenhum tipo de contanto pra avisar em nada, nem wpp, nem ligação. Ou seja total descaso. Enfim nota ZEROOO.
The service via wpp was super bad. I asked some questions and bad were answered, I tried to mark also not able to. More relieved and went there to eat, neh. I made an appointment with an attendant, I even commented that I was poorly served on the wpp, and even so there was no explanation.
I left the appointment scheduled, asking for time off from work to be able to go, and on the day of the appointment, the dentist did not go, and almost when I went, they called me unmarking with the excuse that the dentist had taken the vaccine and that her arm was aching. All right! They said that they would reschedule me, and that they would call me at the latest in the late afternoon to tell me which day I could go. Until today I wait for this call. Because there was no contact to notify anything, neither wpp nor call. In other words, total disregard. Anyway note ZEROOO.

I've already had treatment at Sorriso Cristal and so have my children. The service, both from the secretariats and from the dentists and assistants are excellent. I highly recommend.
