★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca esqueço do dia que eu fui lá a fim de me informar sobre a colocação do aparelho ortodôntico e a recepcionista nem olhou na minha cara, nem deu bom dia, enfim fez super descaso da minha presença. Simplesmente saí, fui embora e procurei outra clínica. Já faz um ano que tirei o aparelho e não me arrependo. Eu só acho que vocês deveriam escolher melhor a recepcionista de vocês, ela é uma pessoa que trabalha com gente e, se continuar assim (não sei se continua sendo a mesma), vai afastar muito clientes!
I never forget the day I went there in order to find out about the placement of the orthodontic appliance and the receptionist didn't even look me in the face, nor did I say good morning, in short, she really neglected my presence. I just left, left and looked for another clinic. It's been a year since I removed the device and I don't regret it. I just think that you should choose your receptionist better, she is a person who works with people and, if she continues like this (I don't know if she remains the same), she will alienate a lot of customers!
