★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu irmão foi pedir informações na nova unidade de Carapicuíba e as atendentes foram super grossas,parecia que tavam fazendo um favor foram bem antipáticas ele nen quis mais fazer nada lá.
 My brother went to ask for information in the new unit of Carapicuíba and the attendants were super thick, it seemed that they were doing a favor were very unfriendly and he wanted nothing else to do there.

Atendente pamela sem máscara de protecao!
Informaram dia anterior que a retirada do ciso era 200 reais ,na consulta aumentou para 350 reais (mesmo procedimento)
Quando questionei sobre o valor passado pela atendente ,a dentista disse que seria os 350 reais e nao os 200 reais passado pela atendente Pamela, dia anterior .
Sobre a nao utilização de máscara de proteção, a dentista e a Pamela riram e falaram que nao era obrigado a utilizacao,com isso,eu falei que iria fazer uma reclamacao , e elas riram e disseram que eu poderia fazer o que quisesse !!!
Atendimento péssimo e falta de higiene !!!

When I asked about the amount spent by the attendant, the dentist said it would be 350 reais and not the 200 reais spent by attendant Pamela, the previous day.
Regarding the non-use of a protective mask, the dentist and Pamela laughed and said they were not obliged to use it, with that, I said I would make a complaint, and they laughed and said that I could do whatever I wanted !!!
Lousy service and lack of hygiene !!!
