Nota que a autorização do plano já estava aprovada! Profissionalismo zero, procurem outra clínica pois essa deixa seus pacientes na mão! De Sorriso Sadio não tem nada... Em anexo as aprovações do plano feito pela clinica...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento maravilhoso. Levei meu filho de 7 anos para extrair um dente de leite, que não amolecia, e foi atendido por Dra. Adriana. Ótima profissional, paciente me deixou tranquila e bastante satisfeita com todo procedimento . Além do local ser de ótimo acesso, com estacionamento e a recepcionista bastante gentil.

Wonderful service. I took my 7-year-old son to have a baby tooth extracted, which didn't soften, and it was attended to by Dr. Adriana. Great professional, patient left me calm and very satisfied with the entire procedure. In addition to the location being of great access, with parking and a very kind receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais!!! Primeiro, quase impossível contatar por telefone. Tirei um raio-x para colocar um bloco, voltei no dia agendado e no momento a recepcionista falou que o raio-x não ficou bom. Tirei outro e voltei novamente na data marcada e o raio-x também não ficou bom. Desisti e jamais voltaria a essa clínica. Só consegui agendar a primeira vez que liguei, as duas outras, tive que ir pessoalmente porque ninguém atendia ao telefone. O dentista me atendeu sem máscara!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais volto, hoje estive lá, cheguei 13:30hs, saí 14:20hs porque não fui atendido, fui numa desistência e não fui atendido no horário, fui com meu filho e tive que ir embora, um monte de profissional sem ninguém na sala,as sem atender. Querem ganhar dinheiro, mas não respeitam o paciente. Toda vez que vou é essa demora pra ser atendido.
Atendimento fraco demais e sem respeito ao paciente, porque demora muito.

They want to make money, but they don't respect the patient. Every time I go there is this delay to be served.
