★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica abre 08:00 horas da manhã, você liga e atendido por um rapaz que não sabe informar sequer quais os pacientes que irá atender no dia. Muito mal educado e completamente sarcástico, talvez seja o dentista que atende no lugar. De qualquer forma, não recomendo para ninguém. Além de tudo estou fazendo uma reclamação pelo simples fato, do Sr. Ilustre ficar chateado por eu pedir para repetir o número do WhatsApp da clínica, para falar com quem realmente sabe dos clientes, já que o mesmo atende o telefone apenas para dizer não sei, liga para secretária. Se pudesse nem daria estrela!

Very rude and completely sarcastic, perhaps it is the dentist who attends the place. Anyway, I don't recommend it to anyone. Besides, I'm making a complaint for the simple fact that Mr. Illustrious was upset that I asked to repeat the clinic's WhatsApp number, to talk to those who really know about the clients, since he answers the phone just to say I don't know , call the secretary. If I could, I wouldn't even give a star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a ninguém pessoa despreparada sem organização de horário o atendimento de minha filha foi agendado e todos estavam ciente que poderia atrasar devido o ônibus da escola dito isso na hora do agendamento,me ligaram algumas vezes para confirmar o horário e enviaram mensagem me enchendo o saco pra confirmar horário sendo que já tinha confirmado no primeiro contato chegamos com 5 minutos de atraso, esse que já estavam sabendo e ,o enlustre dentista foi sem educação e passou outras pessoas no horário agendado e não teve nenhuma educação para explicar , sendo que peguei minha filha e sai imediato da sala , pois não estavamos alí de graça estávamos pagando e afinal não é barato e não compensa pela falta de organização e proficionalismo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi uma boa clínica, infelizmente tive uma grande 'Dor de cabeça " pois a maioria dos DENTISTAS ORTODONTICOS (aparelho) só querem que você vá sempre nas manutenções, e deixa de avaliar outras coisas.
Fiquei a mais de 2 anos na clínica, e acabei perdendo o meu dente (37) por confiar totalmente no profissional. A muito tempo eu sofria uma dorzinha ali outra aqui e ele sempre dizendo que não era nada, fez radiografia e nada, fez limpezas e nada, precisei ir em outro dentista pra fazer uma simples limpeza e assim o outro profissional descobre uma care escondida muito profunda em estágio avançado.
Resumindo, TENHO QUE ESTRAIR O DENTE, NÃO HÁ CHANCES MAIS PRA FAZER CANAL,
muito chateado com o profissionalismo do Dr Rafael, pois se eu estou a todo mês indo na clínica e fazendo as manutençoes e consultas, como é que ele não foi capaz de enchergar a care se alimentando do DENTE esse tempo todo ?

In short, I HAVE TO STRETCH THE TOOTH, THERE ARE NO MORE CHANCES TO MAKE A CHANNEL,
very upset with the professionalism of Dr Rafael, because if I'm going to the clinic every month and doing the maintenance and consultations, how is he not able to fill the care while feeding on the TOOTH all this time?
