★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local pequeno, com apenas 1 dentista pra atender sendo que eles não cumprem com horários, não sei pra que se agenda consulta sendo que você chega na hora e é atendida(o) 1 hora depois ou mais, local fica aglomerado de pessoas por causa disso, e a desculpa é que a doutora é nova e esta se adaptando, falta de respeito com o cliente, e ainda acham que estão coma razão quando você questiona. Nunca mais marco nada nessa clínica.
Small place, with only 1 dentist to attend and they do not comply with schedules, I do not know what the appointment schedule is for when you arrive on time and are attended (o) 1 hour later or more, the place is crowded with people because of that , and the excuse is that the doctor is new and adapting, lack of respect for the client, and they still think they are right when you question. I never schedule anything at this clinic again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei consulta para minha filha com um ODONTOPEDIATRA. Solicitei que enviassem o CRO da pessoa que iria fazer o atendimento e não enviaram. Depois, já no consultório, a dra. que fez o atendimento declarou que não possuía especialidade em odontopediatria e também não sabia dar respostas sobre o que havia questionado. Já havia feito consulta com um clínico geral em outro consultório e não era isso que estava procurando. Não enviaram o CRO da funcionária e mentiram sobre a sua especialidade. NUNCA MAIS PISO NESSE LUGAR e não recomendo a ninguém.
I made an appointment for my daughter with an ODONTOPEDIATRA. I asked them to send the CRO of the person who would provide the service and they didn't. Later, in the office, Dr. who provided the service stated that he did not have a specialty in pediatric dentistry and also did not know how to give answers about what he had asked. I had already seen a general practitioner in another office and that was not what I was looking for. They didn't send the employee's CRO and lied about her specialty. NEVER FLOOR IN THAT PLACE AGAIN and I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima não recomendo a ninguém, dra helayne pediu um raio x pra mim e quando levei o exame ela disse que não tinha nada, e meu dente está bem sensível, fui em outro dentista e eu estava precisando fazer um canal, não recomendo pra ninguém.
Minha mãe passava no consultório com a dra helayne que atende a Porto Seguro, mas tb fizeram alguma coisa pois o convênio em si não está liberando nada, algum coisa está errada pois no final da consulta ninguém da a guia pra assinar e saber o que foi feito, mandam p convênio e a gente não faz ideia do que. Super desorganizado e sem a mínima importância com as pessoas, não recomendo nada.
Bad experience I don't recommend it to anyone, Dr Helayne asked for an x-ray for me and when I took the exam she said there was nothing, and my tooth is very sensitive, I went to another dentist and I needed a root canal, I don't recommend it to anyone .
My mother went to the office with Dr Helayne who works at Porto Seguro, but they also did something because the agreement itself is not releasing anything, something is wrong because at the end of the consultation, no one gives the form to sign and know what happened done, they send the agreement and we have no idea what. Super disorganized and unimportant with people, I don't recommend anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de sair dessa clinica, onde meu filho de 5 anos teve o pior tratamento que já vi na vida. Na hora de marcar a consulta, foi informado que era uma criança de 05 anos, disseram que atendiam. Porém no momento do atendimento meu filho ficou com medo da injeção, a Dr Hellayne gritou com ele, demonstrando total descontrole e falta de tato para lidar com criança, além de ter beliscado a bochecha dele. Foi a pior experiência que já presenciei.
I have just left this clinic, where my 5 year old son had the worst treatment I have ever seen in my life. When making the appointment, he was informed that it was a 05-year-old child, they said they attended. However, at the time of attendance, my son was afraid of the injection, Dr Hellayne yelled at him, showing total lack of control and lack of tact in dealing with children, in addition to having pinched his cheek. It was the worst experience I have ever witnessed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu filho de 5 anos, ele foi muito mal atendido, a dra chegou a gritar com ele pq ele estava com medo da injeção de anestesia. Despreparo é pouco para descrever. Deveriam avisar que não atendem crianças. Pior experiência.
I took my 5 year old son, he was very poorly attended, the dr even yelled at him because he was afraid of the anesthesia injection. Unpreparedness is not enough to describe. They should warn you that they don't serve children. Worst experience.
