★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes todas educadas e simpáticas.uma pena a Sergel sofreu algumas alterações, inclusive as lojas de Campinas. Não sei se foi vendida. Mas algumas coisas mudaram e não foi pra melhor. Uma delas é não achar o sorvete banana trufada.
 Attendants were all polite and friendly. It's a shame Sergel underwent some changes, including the stores in Campinas. I don't know if it was sold. But some things have changed and not for the better. One of them is not finding the truffle banana ice cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O açaí é gostoso e vem com bastante adicionais. 3 adicionais incluídos no preço de 14 reais o copo de 300ml. Não gostei muito do sabor do açaí por preferir o sabor mais "original" de açaí, esse parecia misturado com guaraná ou outro ingrediente. Mas isso é meu gosto pessoal. Quando estive lá não podia entrar nem consumir na loja por conta da pandemia, mas a sorveteria fica numa ótima localização (ao lado da praça) então foi bem tranquilo consumir ao ar livre!
Açaí is delicious and comes with a lot of extras. Additional 3 included in the price of 14 reais the 300ml glass. I didn't like the taste of açaí much because I preferred the more "original" flavor of açaí, it seemed mixed with guarana or another ingredient. But this is my personal taste. When I was there, I couldn’t enter or consume the store due to the pandemic, but the ice cream shop is in a great location (next to the square) so it was very easy to eat outdoors!
