★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo gostoso, porém o atendimento deixa a desejar. Ao invés de atender o cliente, as funcionárias ficam conversando entre elas, enquanto o cliente espera no balcão.
Everything is delicious, but the service leaves something to be desired. Instead of serving the customer, the employees are talking to each other, while the customer waits at the counter.

Como ponto de atenção cito a corriqueira falta de sabonete líquido para lavar as mãos . Em tempos de pandemia requer atenção . Álcool em gel nas mesas também não tem .
Good quality and vast options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os sorvetes da Almeida estão muito melhores. Visitei as lojas do Rio Branco e Sagrada Família, excelente padrão, lojas bem montadas com boa variedade e muito saborosos. Boa pedida pra levar a família. Pecam no atendimento, infelizmente, ponto a melhorar nas duas lojas.
Almeida's ice creams are much better. I visited the stores in Rio Branco and Sagrada Família, excellent standard, well-assembled stores with a good variety and very tasty. Good place to take the family. They sin in the service, unfortunately, a point to improve in both stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorvete gostoso. Um ponto a destacar é a não utilização de máscara por parte dos funcionários do estabelecimento. Como querem exigir que o cliente use máscara dentro do ambiente, sendo que os próprios atendentes não fazem seu uso? Me pareceu contraditório e não muito higiênico. Não gostei.
Tasty ice cream. A point to highlight is the non-use of a mask by the establishment's employees. How do they want to require the customer to wear a mask inside the environment, when the attendants themselves do not use them? It seemed contradictory and not very hygienic to me. Did not like.
