★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já faz uns 3 anos que frequento essa sorveteria sempre que vou em Atibaia passamos para tomar um sorvete, mas as 2 ultimas vezes fomos muito mal atendidos, a moça mal respondia nossas perguntas, na hora de pagar não podíamos passar em 2 cartões estávamos em 2 casais e marcamos tudo na mesma comanda, mesmo assim após pagarmos agradeci e a moça se quer me respondeu nem olhou na minha cara, voltamos 2 dias depois e a mesma moça estava la, com o mesmo atendimento cara fechada e mal nos respondeu... Obs o sorvete é muito bom, só precisa voltar o atendimento que tinha antes
I've been going to this ice cream shop for about 3 years now, whenever I go to Atibaia we stop by for an ice cream, but the last 2 times we were very poorly attended, the girl barely answered our questions, when it was time to pay we couldn't spend 2 cards we were on 2 couples and we booked everything in the same command, even so after we paid I thanked and the girl answered me if she didn't even look in my face, we came back 2 days later and the same girl was there, with the same service with a closed face and barely answered us... Obs the ice cream is very good, you just need to go back to the service you had before

This place is very yummy whenever I go to Atibaia I stop by for that ice cream DELICIOUS pleasant atmosphere I highly recommend it ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um bom lugar pra passar o domingo com a família. Muitas opções de sorvetes. O sistema é self service e por peso, o que - no meu caso - não acho legal pois eu prefiro pagar por bola de sorvete como antigamente e com preço justo. Poderiam colocar a opção e alguma promoção para estes tipos de clientes. De resto super recomendo.
A good place to spend Sunday with the family. Lots of ice cream options. The system is self service and by weight, which - in my case - I don't think is cool because I prefer to pay for a scoop of ice cream as in the old days and at a fair price. They could put the option and some promotion for these types of customers. Otherwise I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma pena um lugar tão bonito, com lanches gostosos ter um péssimo atendimento. Pessoas destreinadas e sem educação. Da última vez nem conseguimos comer nada pq a atendente disse que estava sem sistema e que não podia liberar nem se fosse em dinheiro. Lamentável!
It's a shame such a beautiful place, with yummy snacks, has a terrible service. Untrained and uneducated people. Last time we didn't even get to eat anything because the attendant said there was no system and that she couldn't release it even if it was cash. Unfortunate!
