★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui tão mal tratado como fui hoje dia 24/02/2022 às 19:30hs, quando cheguei na loja para conhecer fui interpelado pela balconista que eu não poderia colocar sorvete passando da borda do copo sem receber um boa noite, extremamente mal educada e tenho certeza que essa prática é só nessa loja pois fui em várias e nunca fui mal tratado dessa maneira, fico triste pelo atendimento mal e desonroso, pois eu nem tinha me servido ainda para ela falar isso. Lamentável.
I have never been treated as badly as I was today on 02/24/2022 at 7:30 pm, when I arrived at the store to meet I was asked by the clerk that I could not put ice cream over the edge of the glass without receiving a good night, extremely rude and I'm sure this practice is only in this store because I've been to several and I've never been treated badly like that, I'm sad for the bad and dishonorable service, because I hadn't even helped her to say that yet. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre gostei dessa sorveteria !! É de qualidade, gostoso, tem variedade. É por peso $$$, mas vende no pote ,picolé e no copo que não pode passar da borda . Vários sabores de açaí também. Única coisa ruim que reparei hoje, não tem mais lixeiras do lado de fora ,só achei 1 lá dentro .
I always liked this ice cream shop!! It's quality, delicious, has variety. It's by weight $$$, but it sells in the pot, popsicle and in the cup that can't go over the edge. Several flavors of açaí too. The only bad thing I noticed today, there are no more trash bins outside, I only found 1 inside.
