★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, eu tive uma péssima experiência ontem. Tinham 3 funcionárias no estabelecimento, mas elas simplesmente me ignoraram. Queria açaí zero açúcar e sai sem nada. É importante os donos fazerem um treinamento com os funcionários pq o sorvete é tão bom, mas pecou no atendimento.
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience yesterday. There were 3 employees at the establishment, but they just ignored me. I wanted açaí zero sugar and left with nothing. It is important that the owners do a training with the employees because the ice cream is so good, but it sinned in the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sorvete é delicioso e com bastante variedade de sabores. O açaí é bem bom também. Porém, o atendimento é bem ruim. As atendentes são mal humoradas, ficam mexendo no celular. A limpeza e a organização tb deixam a desejar, assim como as medidas de prevenção contra o Covid (os clientes pegam na mesma concha, abrem o freezer e não higienizam entre um cliente e outro)
The ice cream is delicious and with a variety of flavors. Açaí is very good too. However, the service is very bad. The attendants are sulky, fiddling with their cell phones. The cleaning and organization are also poor, as are the preventive measures against Covid (customers take the same scoop, open the freezer and do not sanitize between one customer and another)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos são bons, porém o atendimento é péssimo, se você quiser um açaí é bom se informar antes, se "estão servindo", se as frutas já estão fatiadas e se o horário é de açaí. Fui faltando 20 minutos para o término do expediente e não estavam mais pegando pedidos de açaí.
The products are good, but the service is terrible, if you want an açaí it's good to know beforehand, if "they are being served", if the fruits are already sliced and if the time is for açaí. I was 20 minutes away from the end of the workday and they weren't taking orders for açaí anymore.
