Infelizmente é generalizado por toda equipe e nas várias vezes que fui atendido tive a mesma experiência.
O atendimento no local é exageradamente horrível e por telefone ainda pior.
Após consultar vários outros clientes os mesmos tinham a mesma opinião.
"Empresa que se mantém no mercado pela qualidade do produto oferecido e preço justo".
 The service is terrible, one of the worst services in the industry.
Unfortunately it is widespread throughout the team and in the several times that I was attended I had the same experience.
On-site service is exaggeratedly horrible and even worse over the phone.
After consulting several other customers, they had the same opinion.
