★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, fui tratado com empafia e hostilizado pela pessoa responsável ao atendimento!
Primeiro esqueceu de fazer meu pedido, e quando lembrou nem se preocupou em resolver logo mais eu fiquei tranquilo,
Depois como se não bastasse na hora que eu retirei o pedido falei que ia pegar o dinheiro e já pagava, ela ficou me expondo falando alto de dentro da sorveteria, fui peguei o dinheiro bem rapido e paguei no caixa para não ficar passando vergonha!
Depois na hora de ir embora me chamou a atenção dizendo que eu estava saindo sem pagar, só pedi que ela perguntasse ao homem do caixa se eu devia alguma coisa!!!
Talvez ela não estava em um de seus melhores dias, pode ter acontecido muita coisa antes que eu chegasse lá, mas infelizmente a culpa dela estar daquele jeito não era minha.
Quase morri de vergonha nesse lugar!!!

Then as if that wasn't enough when I took the order I said I was going to get the money and already paid, she kept exposing me talking loudly from inside the ice cream shop, I got the money very quickly and paid at the cashier so I wouldn't be embarrassed!
Then, when it was time to leave, she called my attention saying that I was leaving without paying, I just asked her to ask the cashier if I owed anything!!!
Maybe she wasn't in one of her best days, a lot may have happened before I got there, but unfortunately her fault for being like that wasn't mine.
I almost died of shame in this place!!!
Never again??

Desde a infância sou cliente, já fui em muitos lugares mas essa sempre é o melhor lugar para tomar sorvete com a família, ambiente espaçoso, você é bem atendido e suas preferências são levadas a sério, sem contar o capricho que vem né, vc pede uma bola vem quase um pote de sorvete kskskk
