★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É bom mas se tivessem mais atendentes seria melhor, por que demora muito e a atendente confundi os pedidos as vezes, mas não é sempre. Os sorvetes de lá são ótimos!
 It's good but if they had more attendants it would be better, because it takes too long and the attendant confused the orders sometimes, but not always. The ice creams there are great!

One of the best ice creams in town! I used to go to this place a lot in my teenage years after class ended (childhood flavor).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos e o lugar são ótimos, e as funcionárias do dia também. Mas tem uma funcionária que estava à noite no dia 21/09/19 totalmente despreparada para abordar o cliente. Eu estava em viagem, e todo dia comprava sorvete e picolé de monte, e nesse dia cheguei com meu filho de 2,5 anos, que foi direto no pula pula. Logo em seguida fui grosseiramente abordado por essa funcionária, que jogou dois cardápios na mesa e perguntou com grosseria se eu queria alguma coisa. Eu havia acabado de entrar, e durante o dia havia gastado bastante lá. Fui para tomar um sorvete, acabei pegando meu filho e saindo imediatamente do local, devido a vergonha que passei perante aos outros clientes.
The products and the place are great, and the employees of the day are great too. But there is an employee who was at night on 21/09/19 totally unprepared to approach the client. I was traveling, and every day I bought ice cream and popsicle, and that day I arrived with my 2.5 year old son, who went straight to Pula Pula. Immediately afterwards I was roughly approached by this employee, who threw two menus on the table and asked rudely if I wanted anything. I had just come in, and during the day had spent a lot there. I went for an ice cream, I ended up taking my son and leaving immediately, due to the shame I had before the other customers.
