I love this place, very organized, clean, smelly, extremely good environment, very good service and I could not fail to mention the ice cream that is simply wonderful, I say without fear that it is the best ice cream I have ever had, very very very very good indeed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive duas vezes nesta sorveteria, o atendimento precisa melhorar. O sabor do sorvete é muito bom, o espaço físico é excelente.
Pedi um açaí com frutas e não gostei, ofereceram 2 opções, mas não sabiam a quantidade de açaí, se era 100, 200, 300 ou 500g , optei pelo açaí com frutas e veio mais frutas do que açaí!!
O cliente precisa saber o que está pagando e escolher consciente da quantidade, coloquem os dados corretamente no cardápio para evitar reclamações.
Informem as atendentes o que estão servindo, ao invés de dizerem que "é assim mesmo que servem para todos".

I've been to this ice cream parlor twice, the service needs to improve. The ice cream tastes very good, the physical space is excellent.
I ordered an açaí with fruit and I didn't like it, they offered 2 options, but they didn't know the amount of açaí, if it was 100, 200, 300 or 500g, I opted for açaí with fruit and it came more fruit than açaí!!
The customer needs to know what he is paying for and choose aware of the amount, put the data correctly on the menu to avoid complaints.
Let the attendants know what you are serving, rather than saying "this is how they are for everyone."
Did not like!
