Pediram uma caixa pq estavam sem, eu levei a nova e na hora da entrega mandaram uma velha com a desculpa do tamanho, sendo que era até maior. Até hoje tento pegar a caixa de isopor nova que levei para a entrega e não tenho resposta, só enrolação. E aqui em casa ta a caixa velha, toda remendada e fedorenta deles. Ja procurei o Procon e vou processar no juizado também. Não recomendo.
Terrible. Until today, about 4 months have my new styrofoam box. They asked for a box because they were out of stock, I took the new one and at the time of delivery they sent an old one with the excuse of the size, and it was even bigger. To this day I try to pick up the new styrofoam box I took for delivery and I don't have an answer, just a fuss. And here at home is the old box, all patched up and smelly of them. I've already looked for Procon and I'm going to sue in court too. I do not recommend.
