★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entendo exatamente o que ocorreu, por tantas avaliações positivas, meu esposo e um amigo, resolveram visitar o estabelecimento no dia 21/05/2021. Em um primeiro contato telefônico até que fomos bem atendidos, desde que eles cumprissem o papel de cordialidade cliente x prestador de serviços, para nós já seria o suficiente, mas meu esposo foi atendido de forma fria por uma senhora, que poucas informações fornecia e o tempo todo em sua atitude deixava claro que não estava gostando da presença e as informações que recebemos no atendimento telefônico foi contraditória a prestada no local. Não precisa se adular a ninguém, sabemos disso pois já trabalhamos com público, mas no mínimo o que se espera e cordialidade e igualdade no trato com todos. Não voltaremos mais ao estabelecimento e não indicaremos a nenhum dos nossos amigos. Parabéns aos que gostam da loja, com certeza, cumpriu-se com vcs o papel que deveriam cumprir com todos. Deixando claro que não houve atrito verbal, somente descaso.
I don't understand exactly what happened, due to so many positive evaluations, my husband and a friend decided to visit the establishment on 05/21/2021. In a first telephone contact until we were well attended, as long as they fulfilled the role of cordiality customer x service provider, for us it would be enough, but my husband was treated coldly by a lady, who provided little information and the all the time in his attitude, he made it clear that he was not liking the presence and the information we received in the telephone service was contradictory to that provided on the spot. You don't need to flatter anyone, we know that because we already work with the public, but at least what is expected and cordiality and equality in dealing with everyone. We will not be returning to the establishment and we will not recommend it to any of our friends. Congratulations to those who like the store, for sure, you fulfilled the role that you should fulfill with everyone. Making it clear that there was no verbal friction, only negligence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senhor Toninho é extremamente atencioso. Ele trabalha bastante prestando serviço, também, de retirada de colmeias pela Grande São Paulo e vizinhanças. Fui muito bem atendido. O atendimento é direto, sem enrrolação, talvez isso desagrade alguns. Mas para mim foi muito eficaz, entrei em contato num dia e no dia seguinte já foram retirar a colmeia que tinha se formado nas proximidades da minha casa. Recomendo.
Mr Toninho is extremely attentive. He works a lot providing service, also, of removing hives in Greater São Paulo and surrounding areas. I was very well attended. The service is direct, without fuss, maybe this displeases some. But for me it was very effective, I got in touch one day and the next day the beehive that had formed near my house was removed. I recommend.

Tem mel silvestre, mel Larangeira mel eucalipto, mel com geleia real, mel com guaco, mel com própolis, de todos os tamanhos. Adoro e a moça que fica lá é um amor, muito atenciosa, está sempre de mascara e usando álcool em gel.
