Só pensam no dinheiro , e são muito cruéis meu cachorro entrou vivo com problemas e saiu morto de lá , inadmissível NÃO RECOMENDO E AINDA MAIS PELO DOUTOR CLÁUDIO!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma clínica que no meu caso foi cruel e só quis dinheiro. Minha cadelinha a caminho da clínica teve uma convulsão, chegou bem mal, falaram que ela ficaria internada e passaram o valor, medicaram e enquanto davam as alternativas do que ela tinha, vi ela parar de respirar... o veterinário a levou pra "reanimar" e vez de me dizer o que tava acontecendo, disse que ficaria com ela lá internada. Me passou o valor de 450 reais mais ou menos por 3 dias, só sei que eu estava em pânico pq minha cachorrinha parecia ter morrido, deixei ela lá e paguei. Horas depois ligaram pra dizer que ela de fato tinha morrido, ainda cobraram A MAIS pela """"reanimação"""" e deram uma causa de morte qualquer, que não tinha nada a ver com os sintomas dela nem nada... demorei 6 meses pra botar isso aqui pq ainda não me conformo que num momento tão ruim uma clínica me enganou dessa forma, tô decepcionada com esse lugar pra sempre, não pela morte da minha cadela, mas pela manupulação diante do desespero e da dor, e da extorsão! Falta humanidade demais.

Não me canso de agradecer tudo que ele fez pelo meu filho ? sei que ele foi muito bem cuidado e amado .

A veterinária que atendeu minha pet, foi tremendamente fria, só visando dinheiro, não ouvia o que falávamos para ela, parece até que o protocolo era aquele para todos que chegasse ali, sem pedir e sem fazer nenhum exame para diagnosticar melhor o seu pet, e vai logo supondo e aplicando várias injeções, e o pior, começa pela a que mais traz dor, totalmente desorientada no que está fazendo, trazendo sofrimentos desnecessários ao seu pet. ( como pode você ter experiência de mais de 14 anos e começar aplicando uma injeção para vômito, que doe para cachorro, primeiro do que outras que não causam dor? E o pior, sem necessidade, pois meu pet não estava vomitando para que fosse aplicada uma injeção de cerenia. A pet, ficou traumatizada de dor, não parava de gritar. Aí , a dita veterinária depois disso tudo ainda queria que a pet ficasse tranquila para ver os canais auditivos. Sem condição não é mesmo? Ou seja, um profissional totalmente desorientado no que faz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a pior clinica que já vi o slogan deles deveria ser "S.O.S Animais, aqui nos valorizamos o seu dinheiro e não seu pet" fui la com meu gato pra uma consulta me fizeram perder muito dinheiro com um tratamento inútil, que se eles optassem pela cirurgia direto teria salvado meu bichinho coisa que sairia bem mais barato. uma estrela pq não da pra dar menos!
the worst clinic I've ever seen their slogan should be "SOS Animals, here we value your money and not your pet" I went there with my cat for a consultation they made me lose a lot of money with a useless treatment, what if they opted for surgery direct would have saved my pet thing that would be much cheaper. a star because you can't give less!

Sou super bem atendida por todos, desde as meninas da recepção, aos funcionários da clínicas, todos sem restrições. Dr. Cláudio tb é muito atencioso e competente, enfim, todos. Ah, as meninas da estética são excelentes, carinhosas e jeitosas. Enfeitam a Flora lindamente.
SOS Animals is where I feel safe to take care of my Flora. Dr Ademilde has been taking care of my pets for years. I am very well attended by everyone, from the girls at the reception to the clinic staff, all without restrictions. Dr. Cláudio is also very attentive and competent, in short, everyone. Ah, the beauty girls are excellent, affectionate and cute. They decorate Flora beautifully.

Não tenho muito a reclamar do atendimento dos veterinários, todos foram atenciosos e educados, mas não foram muito honestos, ao meu ponto de vista. Mesmo sabendo que o seu bichinho não ficará bem, eles farão de tudo para arrancar mais e mais dinheiro dos donos. É triste demais ver uma pessoa que estudou para salvar os bichinhos, fazer uma coisa dessas. Sejam honestos, por favor. As pessoas confiam em vocês, por isso, levam seus bichinhos.
