 the service is amazing, very very good indeed!! they respond promptly and were very solicitous with me. I was super unsure of taking the computer to this region and I have to say that it was the best service possible, I received the invoices and my problem was solved! If I have any problems, I will come back for sure!!!

I was quickly attended to, they answered all the technical questions I had and they even waited a few minutes for me beyond office hours so I could remove my machine! Super attentive and fair price! I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concertaram meu macbook super rápido (em poucas horas), fizeram a entrega e retirada com motoboy sem cobrar e o preço do concerto foi ótimo! Pra ficar perfeito só melhorando a comunicação, pois eles davam uma sumida e eu tinha que ficar indo atrás, tive que marcar a retirada 2x por conta dos sumisos do atendimento. Mas o serviço super compensou, com certeza entrarei em contato caso precise de uma assistência tec. novamente.
They fixed my macbook super fast (in a few hours), they did the delivery and collection with motoboy without charging and the price of the concert was great! To be perfect, just improving communication, because they disappeared and I had to keep going after it, I had to schedule the withdrawal twice because of the disappearances of the service. But the service super compensated, I will definitely get in touch if I need technical assistance. again.

Além do mais, me deixaram super segura quanto aos procedimentos que iriam realizar e os testes que iriam fazer. Destaco ainda a ótima recepção e profissionalismo de Helen que faz os primeiros testes e encaminha para os técnicos. Fizeram o possível para me entregar o aparelho o quanto antes. Gostei muito e quando precisar voltarei lá!
I'm very careful to recommend places and professionals, but I highly recommend the SOS APPLE staff, as they were super honest and professional in fixing my Mac. Besides, they made me super confident about the procedures they were going to perform and the tests they were going to do. . I also highlight the great reception and professionalism of Helen who does the first tests and forwards them to the technicians. They did their best to deliver the device to me as soon as possible. I liked it a lot and when I need it I will come back there!

If I can materialize this Company in its qualities, it would be with Honesty, Professionalism, Training, Seriousness and Respect for the consumer. We had an emergency service, a MacBook Pro, just out of a fall, turned off, quick evaluation, it stayed overnight...next day, the Mac working, that's precisely the day my wife was traveling!!! A Formidable Team, very respectable. And there were no costs, as there was no need for new elements to replace the damaged ones. I totally recommend it to anyone who has problems with their Apple without a shadow of a doubt. Congratulations to the entire Team of Professionals, Much Success and Growth for this Company!!! Upgrade performed perfectly on iMac(SSD and memory), but some friends of mine have already fixed other iDevices there. The guys manage a lot and the prices are very affordable, I highly recommend it.
