2 de janeiro de 2016, depois de aguardar mais de 5 horas a entrega de uma outra loja, na qual encerraram os serviços e não nos notificaram, ligamos para a SOS Baterias e fomos prontamente atendidos e o problema solucionado em menos de uma hora. Fidelizaram mais um cliente, muito obrigada pela prontidão e eficiência nos serviços de vocês.

No princípio o carro engasgava as vezes (fizemos revisões e trocas de outras coisas, já que a bateria havia sido trocada há pouco), mas agora morre do nada, demora a ligar, etc. Infelizmente não achamos a nota fiscal, que fica guardada com os documentos do carro. E o pessoal da empresa não possui nenhum registro, cadastro, nada para checarmos a garantia. Não conseguem verificar o cliente através do CPF, o que foi ou não feito, etc.
The battery will be one year old on July 12th and we just had problems with it. At first the car would choke sometimes (we did revisions and exchanges of other things, since the battery had just been changed), but now it dies out of nowhere, takes too long to start, etc. Unfortunately we can't find the invoice, which is kept with the car documents. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Houve grande dificuldade em trocar a bateria, não testou a bateria antes e no fim o problema nem era a bateria...mas mesmo assim insistiu que teria q ficar com a bateria que já tinha aberto lacre. Atendente ignorou a reclamacao!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei na mão hoje pela manhã. Tentando ligar para o telefone que, segundo o site funciona 24 horas, porém em um intervalo de 2 horas ninguém atendeu e tive que recorrer ao Petrolina Baterias. (Atendeu prontamente) . Vou dar nota 3 pois já tive boas experiências com a SOS no passado.
I was on hand this morning. Trying to call the phone which, according to the website, works 24 hours a day, but within 2 hours no one answered and I had to turn to Petrolina Batteries. (Assisted promptly) . I'll give it a 3 as I've had good experiences with SOS in the past.
