Contei meu problema, enviei a foto da bateria para o zap da empresa e qual não foi minha surpresa? Fui bloqueado! A empresas bloqueou um cliente... onde estamos? O Sr. Kleber não é obrigado a me vender mas bloquear? Como diria o Boris: "isto é uma vergonha"
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this company. My car had a battery problem and I called the company. I was attended by Mr. Kleber. I told my problem, sent the battery photo to the company's zap and what was my surprise? I was blocked! The companies blocked a customer... where are we? Mr Kleber is not obligated to sell me but block? As Boris would say: "this is a shame"
