★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até o momento péssima. Lavaram meu tapete em casa e não ficou bom. Levaram para a sede para lavar a máquina e não me devolveram. Já tem duas semanas. Falam que vão entregar no dia seguinte e não entregam. Estou muito decepcionada.
 So far terrible. They washed my carpet at home and it didn't look good. They took it to headquarters to wash the machine and didn't return it to me. It's already been two weeks. They say they will deliver it the next day and they don't. I'm very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o serviço de limpeza para meu sofá que foi realizado sem dores de cabeça e ficou ótimo. Os funcionários foram bem educados e fizeram o serviço sem transtornos ou sujeira no meu apartamento. Recomendo!
I hired the cleaning service for my sofa which was done without headaches and was great. The staff were very polite and did the job without fuss or mess in my apartment. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do serviço de limpeza. Pegaram meu tapete em um endereço e devolveram em outro a meu pedido. Minha única reclamação é a pontualidade nos horários de entrega e a comunicação por whatsapp, que é lenta, mas a limpeza foi ótima.
I really enjoyed the cleaning service. They picked up my rug at one address and returned it at another at my request. My only complaint is the punctuality in delivery times and the communication via whatsapp, which is slow, but the cleaning was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os rapazes são muito educados e cuidadosos. Porém a impermeabilização não ficou boa e teve a necessidade de refazer. O Gabriel foi na hora marcada e refez a impermeabilização que ficou boa. Uma queixa é com a comunicação com o Whatsapp de vcs. Demoram muito para responder!!!!
The boys are very polite and caring. But the waterproofing was not good and had the need to redo. Gabriel went at the appointed time and redid the waterproofing, which was good. One complaint is with your communication with Whatsapp. Take a long time to answer!!!!

Informei a empresa que não demorou em enviar outra pessoa para refazer, e dessa vez ficou como o esperado. Os rapazes que executaram os serviços foram bem educados e responderam as dúvidas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a limpeza e impermeabilização de cadeiras. Entre a limpeza e impermeabilização, uma cadeira sujou e então ficou pendente o serviço. Ficaram de retornar para limpar e impermeabilizar a cadeira, mas fazem 3 semanas que envio mensagem no whatsapp e ninguém me responde, já liguei 3 vezes, falo com a atendente, ela marca e não vem ninguém. O detalhe é que o serviço já foi pago, inclusive da cadeira que está pendente. Também não me deram a garantia, embora já tenha solicitado exaustivamente. Chocada com tamanho desrespeito com o cliente, no whatsapp apenas ignoram, e por telefone, prometem e não cumprem.....

The detail is that the service has already been paid for, including the chair that is pending. They didn't give me the guarantee either, although I've already asked extensively. Shocked with such disrespect for the customer, on whatsapp they just ignore it, and on the phone, they promise and don't deliver .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei bastante do serviço prestado. Os funcionários foram muito competentes e se mostraram bem solícitos a tirar todas as manchas e sujeiras do sofá-cama. Além disso, o processo é bem rápido e de qualidade. Os equipamentos usados são de segurança e não apresentaram qualquer problema durante a visita.
Recomendo bastante o serviço da SOS Clean.
I really liked the service provided. The employees were very competent and were very helpful in removing all stains and dirt from the sofa bed. Furthermore, the process is very fast and quality. The equipment used is safety equipment and did not present any problems during the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O canal de comunicação é horroroso. O WhatsApp não responde quando solicitado. A empresa não me deu esclarecimentos sobre a data de entrega do meu tapete após a retirada. Os horários de entrega não são avisados com antecedência. Vieram ao meu apartamento fazer a devolução do tapete, mas não combinaram comigo um horário e eu não estava em casa. Minha colega de casa poderia ter recebido o produto, mas eles levaram de volta pq o pagamento não havia sido realizado. Sendo que sequer me passaram os dados para realização do depósito! Uma grande bagunca. Não recomendo. Não posso opinar sobre o serviço de lavagem porque a devolução do meu tapete já foi reagendada quatro vezes!
The communication channel is horrible. WhatsApp does not respond when prompted. The company did not give me any clarification on the delivery date of my carpet after the pickup. Delivery times are not notified in advance. They came to my apartment to return the rug, but they didn't agree a time with me and I wasn't home. My housemate could have received the product, but they took it back because the payment had not been made. Since they didn't even give me the data to make the deposit! A big mess. I do not recommend. I can't comment on the washing service because my carpet return has already been rescheduled four times!
