Reais a consulta cada segundo que passa mas caro w a consulta é a cirurgia mais caro do e feito em ser humano e a demora no atendimento de 4 a 5 horas. Nossa Deus me livre tá difícil ter um cãozinho fica mais que filhos não dou nenhuma estrela péssimo

Mas às cadeiras e sofás que sentamos são TODAS RASGADAS, MALTRAPILHAS. Para uma clínica no coração da Praia da Costa e uma equipe tão maravilhosa é um absurdo de feio e nojo de sentar.
Good service from the vets, very friendly staff.
But the chairs and sofas we sit on are ALL TORN, RUGGED. For a clinic in the heart of Praia da Costa and such a wonderful team, it's an absurdity of ugly and disgusting to sit down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais foram atenciosos entretanto no momento de executar procedimentos no bichinho, ele foi levado para outro andar, longe do tutor. Não se vê nada, não se sabe de nada que está acontecendo lá, nem os serviços que estão realizando. Achei isso horrível, isso não existe. Essa clínica está na contra mão da história. É preciso transparência nos procedimentos. Outra coisa, a mesa onde é feito exame, sem uma proteção, aquela lousa gelada e não houve higienização. Não gostei, sinto muito.
The professionals were attentive, however when performing procedures on the pet, he was taken to another floor, away from the tutor. You don't see anything, you don't know anything that is happening there, nor the services they are performing. I thought it was horrible, it doesn't exist. This clinic is in the opposite direction of history. Transparency in procedures is needed. Another thing, the table where the exam is taken, without a protection, that cold slate and there was no cleaning. I didn't like it, sorry.
