MAIS DE 3 SEMANAS PARA RESOLVER NAO RETORNA PARA CLIENTE SE OPERADORA TIM. DEVOLVERAM O DINHEIRO POREM PREJUIZO DE 10,00 REAIS DE ENTREGA+TEMPO E STRESS PARA RESOLVER O MESMO.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE. I DIDN'T GET TO CHANGE THE PRODUCT, THE PRODUCT WAS IN A BAD STATE (WITH A HOLE) I HAVE THE DELIVERY'S WITNESS. GERMAN THIS MANAGER ACCUSES ME THAT I BURNED THE PRODUCT. MORE THAN 3 WEEKS TO RESOLVE DO NOT RETURN TO CLIENT IF OPERATOR TIM. THEY RETURNED THE MONEY BUT THE LOSS OF 10,00 REAL DELIVERY + TIME AND STRESS TO SOLVE THE SAME.
