★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles te prometem um serviço e fazem pela metade e ainda acham que estão certos. Eu pedi ambulância + maqueiro para remoção de paciente com cirurgia de coluna e expliquei as condições: paciente deveria ser levada até o quarto andar de escadas. Chegando lá, eles dizem que a maca deles não dá e levaram minha mãe ANDANDO!!!! Não custava ter avisado antes que não podia fazer o serviço. Empresa que não é qualificada aceita qualquer coisa em prol de dinheiro e simplesmente não consegue arcar com suas próprias responsabilidades. Um absurdo. Não contratem!
 They promise you a job and do it halfway and still think they're right. I asked for an ambulance + stretcher to remove a patient with spinal surgery and explained the conditions: the patient should be taken to the fourth floor of stairs. Once there, they say that their stretcher is not enough and they took my mother WALKING!!!! It didn't hurt to have warned beforehand that I couldn't do the job. A company that is not qualified accepts anything for the sake of money and simply cannot bear its own responsibilities. Nonsense. Don't hire!
