Principalmente a pessoa do Sr. Armani.
Mal educado, ignorante, não dá atenção.ao cliente e ainda gritoucomifo ao fazer uma pergunta sobre a cromagem de uma lanterna traseira, gritando que eu estava na loja errada.
Não recomendo a ninguém.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim. Funcionários não dão a mínima atenção ao cliente e o senhor que parece ser o proprietário é muito mal educado. Fui mostrar para o cara o defeito com o farol e parece que ele se sentiu ofendido porque levei um farol com defeito para a loja dele. Enquanto eu tentava explicar para ele o problema ele disse "mas isso tá quebrado, pô", e saiu andando resmungando. Insisti em explicar o problema para outro atendente e ele me recomendou que eu mesmo desmontasse o farol para consertar.
Very bad service. Employees do not pay the slightest attention to the customer and the man who seems to be the owner is very rude. I went to show the guy the defect with the headlamp and it seems he was offended because I took a defective headlamp to his shop. While I was trying to explain the problem to him, he said "but this is broken, dammit", and walked away muttering. I insisted on explaining the problem to another attendant and he recommended that I take the headlight apart to fix it myself.

O Sr Armando atende os clientes muito grosso , ele deve achar q está fazendo favor as pessoas ..
My only problem was that I didn't look at the reviews of the place before, because then I wouldn't have passed even close to that store.
Mr Armando serves the customers very thickly , he must think he is doing people a favor ..
