★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela primeira vez solicitei um serviço de reparo, que ao meu ver seria bem complicado. Pois se tratava de um registro muito antigo. E para minha feliz surpresa o técnico Sr. Renato fez um serviço rápido, que outros demoravam horas. Sem contar que o agendamento foi 100%.
 For the first time I requested a repair service, which in my opinion would be very complicated. It was a very old record. And to my happy surprise, the technician Mr. Renato did a quick job, which others took hours. Not to mention that the schedule was 100%.

Fui atendido com paciência, pois não entendo nada de casa. Não sei os nomes nem os modelos que preciso; e o vendedor soube me explicar e oferecer o que eu procurava.
Fiquei surpreso com o pós venda, pois eu comprei uma peça errada por ignorância minha, danifiquei ela; e a loja, ainda sim, fez a troca pelo produto correto, o que mostra sua preocupação em atender aos anseios dos clientes.
Loja modelo!

I was attended to with patience, because I don't understand anything about home. I don't know the names or models that I need; and the seller was able to explain and offer me what I was looking for.
I was surprised by the after sales, because I bought a wrong part because of my ignorance, I damaged it; and the store, even so, made the exchange for the correct product, which shows its concern in meeting the customers' desires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não posso dar o mesmo feedback dos colegas, apesar do vendedor ter sido muito simpático e atencioso, eu perdi absurdas 03:30 horas na loja para comprar miúdos para encanamentos e registros diversos, onde o deposito do lado de casa me respondeu em 35 minutos. Após constatar que o valor cobrado pela SOS era 150 reais a mais pelos mesmo produtos, consegui um desconto de 100 reais que no final foi de apenas 45 reais. Porém os canos estavam errados e as caixinhas muito caras resolvi devolver e fui comprar sifão da Forusi que por sinal foram caros também e me pedreiro me recomendou usar sanfonada, pois esses dão muito problema (ai me recordei dos meus da minha casa são DECA e vivem vazando). Pedi para trocar por WhatsApp e nada da loja me interessou, pedi o estorno do valor e não fui atendido. Bom o que digo e repasso da loja é que tudo, tudo lá é muito caro chega ao dobro do preço a maioria das coisas, um bom atendimento é o mínimo necessário. É como ir na Leroy Merlin ou black friday, tudo pelo dobro do preço. Eu não quero crédito nada na loja em interessa, desejo o estorno do valor.

However, the pipes were wrong and the boxes were very expensive I decided to return it and I went to buy a Forusi siphon which, by the way, was also expensive and the bricklayer recommended me to use an accordion, as these give a lot of trouble (then I remembered mine from my house are DECA and live leaking). I asked to exchange it by WhatsApp and nothing from the store interested me, I asked for a refund of the amount and I was not answered. Well, what I say and review from the store is that everything, everything there is very expensive, it's twice the price for most things, good service is the minimum necessary. It's like going to Leroy Merlin or black friday, all for twice the price. I don't want any credit in the store, I want a refund.
