Fiquei dias e dias tentando que viessem perfurar um poço, pois não tínhamos nenhuma água para abastecer a piscina, fizeram o maior pouco caso e quando vieram não cogitaram nem a possibilidade de furar o poço onde foi pedido para furar, furaram onde queriam, receberam todo pagamento e hoje nós sofremos com uma água impossível de usar até para lavar o piso.
Not so caring about the customer. Insensitive! I spent days and days trying to come to drill a well, because we had no water to supply the pool, they made the smallest case and when they came they did not even consider drilling the well where they were asked to drill, drilled where they wanted, received all payment and today we suffer from an unused water even to wash the floor.
