★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pois não se responsabilizam pelos danos acorridos no transporte mesmo quando todas as evidências apontam para eles. Você tem que suar para provar e mesmo assim não resssarciam pelos danos causados e temos que ficar no prejuízo. Péssimos, não contratem os serviços deles. As vezes o barato sai caro, e isso ocorreu comigo, infelizmente. No caso deles o cliente não tem razão, eles são os donos da verdade. Lamentável que exista empresa com esta mentalidade ainda.
Poor service, as they are not responsible for damages incurred in transportation even when all the evidence points to them. You have to sweat it to prove it and even then they don't resent the damage caused and we have to stay at the loss. Terrible, don't hire their services. Sometimes the cheap is expensive, and that happened to me, unfortunately. In their case, the customer is not right, they are the owners of the truth. It is unfortunate that there is still a company with this mentality.
