★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer um alongamento de cílios em 18/06. Fui muito bem atendida, porém o serviço deixou muito a desejar. No início do procedimento os cílios não foram higienizados para retirada de qualquer sujidade ou resto de maquiagens; a cheiro da cola era tão forte que ardia as narinas; ao abrir os olhos os cílios estavam colados e ao invés de desgrudar com cuidado, a esteticista arrancava os cílios; ao conseguir abrir os olhos os cílios estavam bagunçados e os cílios verdadeiros estavam aparentes por cima dos postiços com as postas pra cima ( espetados); os cílios naturais das pontas estavam grudados para o lado; solicitei que fosse ajeitado mas a esteticista não conseguiu alinhar os fios; pedi para retirar tudo, a esteticista não protegeu a pele e passou o remover tanto nos cílios quanto na pele ao redor dos olhos e se a cola já era sufocante o removedor de cola estava querendo descolar somente a minha pele; a esteticista não conseguiu remover a cola dos meus cílios, somente retirou o alongamento; a esteticista e a atendente disse pra eu retirar a cola com ÁGUA ( SE NAO SAIU COM O REMOVEDOR DE COLA IA SAIR COM AGUA?). Resultado: saí de lá sem alongamento, com os cílios todos grudados com cola e pele sensibilizada no rosto ao redor dos olhos, tive que ir para outro local pra ajeitarem a BAGUNÇA que fizeram no meu rosto.
Não indico o procedimento de alongamento de cílios neste local.

At the beginning of the procedure the eyelashes were not sanitized to remove any dirt or other makeup; the smell of the glue was so strong that the nostrils burned; the eyelashes were glued to each other, and instead of carefully detaching the eyelashes, when he could open his eyes, his eyelashes were messy, and his true eyelashes were apparent over the false ones with the uppers (espetados); the natural lashes of the tips were glued to the side; I requested that it be straightened out but the beautician could not align the threads; I asked to remove everything, the beautician did not protect the skin and removed it both on the eyelashes and on the skin around the eyes and if the glue was already suffocating the glue remover was wanting to take off only my skin; the beautician could not remove the glue from my eyelashes, only removed the elongation; the beautician and the attendant told me to remove the glue with WATER (IF YOU WENT OUT WITH THE COLA REMOVER TO GO OUT WITH WATER?). Result: I left without stretching, with all lashes glued with glue and skin sensitized on the face around the eyes, I had to go to another place to put the BAGUNÇA that made in my face.
I do not indicate the eyelash stretching procedure at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência que tive, paguei quase 1000 reais que estava guardando e no meio do procedimento que falaram que se eu quiser terminar teria que pagar mais, agora estou com depressão sem dinheiro e sem meu sonho pq procedimento pela metade não funciona. confiei nessa clínica mas me desrespeitaram e ainda zombam da minha cara. E me bloquearam em tudo para não contar nada mas caso queiram saber da história tenho prints e gravações de 2 hrs sobre a falcatrua deles.
Worst experience I had, I paid almost 1000 reais that I was saving and in the middle of the procedure they said that if I want to finish I would have to pay more, now I have depression without money and without my dream because the procedure in half doesn't work. I trusted this clinic but they disrespected me and they still make fun of me. And they blocked me in everything not to say anything but in case you want to know the story I have prints and 2 hrs recordings about their fraud.
