Na primeira impressão que nos da não é que não é organizada só pelo fato de não ter ar condicionado uniforme padrão como as outras empresas.Mas não é a aparência que nos diz quem vc é e sim o seu caráter

The first impression you give us isn't that it's not organized just because it doesn't have standard uniform air conditioning like the other companies. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vamos lá. Respondi a um anúncio de emprego na internet. Liguei. A menina pediu para eu me cadastrar no site, fiz oque me solicitou. Foi agendada entrevista. Cheguei 5min adiantado, levei um chade cadeira de 40min até ser avisado que a pessoa que ia me entrevistar não esrava presente e que não viria. Perdi tempo, dinheiro do estacionamento e não recomendo para nem um profissional esta agência. Este tipo de empresa trabalha com profissionais e como tal devemos ser respeitados. Não dou nota negativa por que não tem.
Come on. I responded to a job advertisement on the internet. I called. The girl asked me to register on the site, I did what she asked. An interview was scheduled. I arrived 5min early, I took a 40min chad chair until I was told that the person who was going to interview me was not present and would not come. I wasted time, parking money and I do not recommend this agency to any professional. This type of company works with professionals and as such we must be respected. I don't give a negative note because it doesn't.

Perdi um estagio porque a chamada consultoria não teve a capacidade de fazer meu contrato como a universidade pedia fiquei estagiando 4 meses sem o contrato e a empresa teve que me mandar embora por falta da assinatura da faculdade. Quando fui la pedir meu contrato que eu havia assinado para eu ter uma prova disseram que não iam me da minha copia não. Conselho procure qualquer outra agencia por que eu me dei de mal nessa ai.
My experience at Soul RH was terrible. lousy service. I missed an internship because the so-called consultancy did not have the ability to make my contract as the university asked. I was interning for 4 months without the contract and the company had to send me away due to the lack of a college signature. When I went to ask for my contract that I had signed for me to have a proof, they said they would not give me my copy. Advice look for any other agency why I got along badly there.

Vc se inscreve pelo site e deve ir pessoalmente SOMENTE para agendar a entrevista, te agendam para 7 dias após a visita e no dia marcado vc descobre que o processo de seleção foi ENCERRADO.
Eles nem se preocupam em ligar pra avisar, só gastei tempo e dinheiro com transporte.
Na outra vez, consegui ser entrevistada para outra vaga e o consultor disse que eu havia sido aprovada e iriam me ligar para me apresentar na empresa, ATÉ HJ ESPERO ESSE CONTATO. Após muitas tentativas de ligar pro telefone (pq não atendem) e qdo resolvem atender a recepcionista fala super baixo, quase impossível ouvir, Aí ela diz que esse processo foi CANCELADO.
De novo!
Não me candidato a nenhuma vaga desta "empresa".
Vcs dessa área de RH sejam mais humanos!
Tenham empatia pelo próximo. Hoje sou eu em busca de um emprego, amanhã pode ser vcs.
Bad experience! Super archaic selection process, it seems they are in the 20th century.
You sign up through the website and must go in person ONLY to schedule the interview, schedule it for 7 days after the visit and on the scheduled day you discover that the selection process has been CLOSED.
They don't even bother to call to let me know, I just spent time and money on transportation.
The other time, I managed to be interviewed for another job and the consultant said that I had been approved and they would call me to introduce myself at the company, UNTIL HJ I HOPE THIS CONTACT. After many attempts to call the phone (because they don't answer) and when they decide to answer, the receptionist speaks very softly, almost impossible to hear, Then she says that this process was CANCELED.
Again!
I am not applying for any vacancy in this "company".
You guys in this HR area are more human!
Have empathy for others. Today it's me looking for a job, tomorrow it could be you.
