★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiquei hospedada no Edifício Atlântico Sul por uma semana em João Pessoa, muito bom por sinal!!! Possui portaria e nem um momento encontrei esta abandonada, os elevadores estão em perfeito estado, a piscina estava limpa apesar da sauna não está funcionando. E o melhor de tudo é virado para o mar, ao lado do Bar do Cuscuz... Realmente foi uma escolha bem feliz!!
 I stayed at Edifício Atlântico Sul for a week in João Pessoa, very good by the way !!! It has a concierge and I never found this abandoned, the elevators are in perfect condition, the pool was clean despite the sauna not working. And best of all, it faces the sea, next to Bar do Cuscuz ... It really was a very happy choice !!

Access to the swimming pool is the dropper, you need to schedule time and it's only 1:00. I think it's better to stay in Tambaú, you'll enjoy the sights more at night...

Great located in front of Praia do Cabo Branco and close to Bar do Cuscuz ... We rented an apartment through Airbnb and we were very satisfied ... Small pool on the roof but with incredible view ... It was VERY worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio completo. Os apartamentos são muito bem divididos e o condomínio oferece toda uma rede de serviços, o que traz um ótimo custo benefício. Além disso, fica bem de frente para a bela vista da orla de Cabo Branco!

Funcionários educados, ambiente limpo e tranquilo, vista muito bonita do mar. O prédio fica de frente para a praia e ao lado do bar do cuscuz, em uma região tranquila e bem localizada.
On my last trip to João Pessoa I stayed in an apartment in the South Atlantic and it was a great experience. Polite staff, clean and quiet environment, very beautiful view of the sea. The building faces the beach and next to the couscous bar, in a quiet and well located region.
