★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos ônibus, catraca solta, fiação danificada, portas sem manutenção, sem falar é claro nós horários de ônibus desatualizados, horário de pico as pessoas se espremendo igual sardinha e sem ônibus das 20h se perder os das 19h30 só as 21h40, minha experiência é com base na linha distrital Soturno/ Gironda.
Lousy buses, loose turnstiles, damaged wiring, maintenance-free doors, not to mention, of course, outdated bus schedules, peak times people squeezing the same sardines and without buses from 8 pm if you miss those from 7:30 pm only to 9:40 pm, my experience is with based on the Soturno / Gironde district line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O motorista da linha Cachoeiro x Bebedouro passou no ponto do trevo da polícia militar as 19:05h e simplesmente não parou no ponto, mesmo eu solicitando a parada. Cheguei no ponto as 18:45h para ir pro córrego dos monos.
The driver of the Cachoeiro x Bebedouro line passed the point of the military police interchange at 7:05 pm and simply did not stop at the point, even though I requested the stop. I arrived at the point at 18: 45h to go to the stream of monos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela minha experiência, sempre fui bem atendido pela costa sul, algumas vezes os onibus que fazem centro - corrego dos monos estavam bem acabados, mas acredito que hoje todos os onibus sejam novos/seminovos
In my experience, I have always been well served by the south coast, sometimes the buses that make the center - corrego dos monos were well finished, but I believe that today all buses are new / semi-new

Mas poderiam melhorar no conforto e qualidade dos ônibus que circulam, aumentando assim, a segurança dos passageiros e qualidade da viagem.
In my own experience, it is a very good transport company with good prices, good service and very well developed to solve any problems that may occur. But they could improve the comfort and quality of the buses that circulate, thus increasing the safety of passengers and the quality of the trip.
