Desta vez, levei um notebook que já não usava mais, para revisão e posterior doação a um jovem, amigo da família, sem condições econômicas de adquirir um equipamento. Quando o Celino ouviu essa história, disse que o conserto seria de graça. Me surpreendeu totalmente! Equipe SPMac saibam que este gesto vai possibilitar um jovem de família humilde a se capacitar e, quem sabe, conseguir um emprego dígno. Parabéns!!!! Vocês são 10!
I had already taken 2 notebooks for repair and was very satisfied with the quality of service and care. This time, I took a notebook that I no longer used, for review and later donation to a young man, friend of the family, who could not afford to buy a piece of equipment. When Celino heard this story, he said the repair would be free. It totally surprised me! SPMac team know that this gesture will enable a young man from a humble family to be trained and, who knows, get a decent job. Congratulations!!!! You are 10!

Fiz um orçamento do meu notebook, quando busquei o mesmo, o teclado já não funcionava mais.
Como entregamos com teclado funcionando ele se prontificou a fazer a troca e entregar notebook do mesmo jeito que deixei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, solicitei por 2 vezes um simples orçamento de reparo para um desktop gamer e nenhum dos atendentes me retornou. Uma simples cotação de orçamento ... mandei mensagens e nada, depois de 1 semana e meia me respondem dizendo que estavam sem funcionários para fazer a avaliação. Depois disso nunca mais entrei em contato, conheci vcs por recomendação mas agora se me perguntam sobre alguma assistência técnica, vcs são a última que eu recomendaria pro pessoal da região ou da minha família. Atendimento e Cordialidade é o mínimo a se fazer para que o cliente não fique insatisfeito
Horrible, I asked twice for a simple repair quote for a desktop gamer and none of the attendants got back to me. A simple budget quote ... I sent messages and nothing, after 1 week and a half they answer me saying that they had no employees to do the evaluation. After that I never got in touch again, I met you guys by recommendation but now if you ask me about any technical assistance, you are the last one I would recommend to people in the region or my family. Service and Cordiality is the minimum to do so that the customer is not dissatisfied
