★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para a empresa, solicitaram que eu enviasse o projeto por whatsapp. Enviei, porém nunca me deram retorno. E eles estão sempre online em horário comercial.
O atendimento não é eficiente. O whatsapp não tem sequer uma mensagem automática de instruções ou boas-vindas como outras empresas do segmento.
No final das contas, insistir em um serviço que já começa assim é bem arriscado.
I called the company, they asked me to send the project via whatsapp. I sent it, but they never got back to me. And they are always online during business hours.
Service is not efficient. Whatsapp doesn't even have an automatic instructional or welcome message like other companies in the industry.
In the end, insisting on a job that starts this way is quite risky.
