Good service, good prices but the cartridge needed to be loaded 2 x, since the first charge did not come out colored in the printing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiencia! Carreguei dois cartuchos: colorido/preto...perguntei se tivesse algum problema se teria atendimento, o homem respondeu: SIM, DOU TOOODOOO O SUPORTE TECNICO. Sai satisfeita. Porém um dos cartuchos (que estava funcionando) não funcionou, passou o feriado e fui lá com a impressora pra resolver. De cara, o homem falou que o problema era o cartucho: estava queimado! Ele revirou a minha impressora, me devolveu ela imunda e disse que eu teria que comprar outro cartucho! Ou seja, td o serviço saiu mais caro que comprar cartuchos originais. Fora a grosseria no atendimento. O barato saiu bem mais caro!!
Bad experience! I loaded two cartridges: color / black ... I asked if I had any problems if I would have assistance, the man replied: YES, IT GIVES TOOODOOO THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT. It leaves satisfied. However, one of the cartridges (which was working) did not work, spent the holiday and went there with the printer to solve it. At first, the man said that the problem was the cartridge: it was burnt! He turned my printer over, gave it back to me filthy and said I would have to buy another cartridge! In other words, the service was more expensive than buying original cartridges. It was rudeness in attendance. The cheap was much more expensive !!
