O serviço ruim começa na recepção que nunca sabe ao certo qual o pacote vendido, então sempre tentam te empurrar outro procedimento qq, ou seja, os pacotes nunca são cumpridos a risca, se for mais que 2 sessões então... esquece.. que vc só vai se frustar...
o telefone fixo não funciona, e o whats da recepção para agendar é um caos, mas se for para vender procedimento, eles te respondem em 30 seg.
Durante o procedimento é muito caótico, vc esta na sala e as outras profissionais entram e saem na sala a todo instante, batem as portas, falam alto.. olha sinceramente, não sei como faz um massagem relaxante neste local... pq é puro caos da entrada até a saída.
o local é lindo, mas os profissionais são muito despreparados...
Como eu disse... o baixo custo não vale a pena..

the location is beautiful, but the professionals are very unprepared...
As I said... the low cost is not worth it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não vi resultados e as fotos de antes e depois que eles postam não me dizem muito, poissal todas com fundo branco ou em ângulos que podem te engordar ou emagrecer. Queria ver vídeos! Pois comigo a enzima deles não funcionou
I didn't see results and the before and after photos they post don't tell me much, because they're all with a white background or at angles that can make you fat or thin. I wanted to see videos! Because with me their enzyme didn't work

Super mau educada ia fechar mais outro pacote até desisti. Se vc está lendo as avaliações antes de fechar o tratamento, então corra vou pedir meu dinheiro de volta caso de por esses meios!!!
People don't buy, never look at the reviews before… the beautiful redhead Andressa at the reception I think the name is, terrible in the calls for more than an hour of waiting. Super rude, I was going to close another package until I gave up. If you are reading the reviews before closing the treatment, then hurry I will ask for my money back if you use these means!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. As meninas que fazem procedimento são muito atenciosas e simpáticas porém não posso dizer o mesmo da recepção e do atendimento por WhatsApp.
Não tem telefone fixo o q dificulta demais a comunicação. Outro ponto são os atrasos. Nunca fui atendida no horário marcado, começando pela avaliação... não demonstraram nenhuma atenção depois que fechei o pacote... finalizei as sessões, não tiraram medidas, não se preocuparam em querer um feedback ou até mesmo se eu gostaria de fazer outros procedimentos... atenção zero!
Terrible. The girls who do the procedure are very attentive and friendly, but I can't say the same about the reception and WhatsApp service.
There is no landline phone which makes communication very difficult. Another point is delays. I was never seen at the scheduled time, starting with the evaluation... they didn't show any attention after I closed the package... I ended the sessions, they didn't take measurements, they didn't bother to ask for feedback or even if I would like to do other procedures ... zero attention!

Sem contar, q tinha esteticista q parecia,não saber fazer o procedimento,e qdo encontrava uma mto boa,qdo voltava já tinha saído,por estar insatisfeita ,cm a clinica em relação ao contrato de trabalho.
E o tratamento, q
passaram,nda a ver...Paguei caríssimo a vista,não me deram meu contrato.Pq ,eu ia
pedir reembolso ,q seria justo, e não me venha ,responder q vcs não fazem milagre...
A questão,q vcs não estão tendo é respeito,fidelidade de clientes, e acima de tdo lidar cm a verdade.Hj,olhando os

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um pacote de depilação a laser, além de não estar fazendo efeito algum depois da 7• sessao!! , nunca tem horário quando solicitamos, se por um acaso vc não pode ir no seu horário ou se atrasa, só vão te dar outra data depois de 1 mês e olhe lá, não estão nem aí se perde efeito ou algo assim, agora te deixam esperando cerca de 1 hora para fazer qualquer procedimento, fui questionar sobre meu horário e soube que tem apenas uma máquina com uma demanda gigantesca de clientes, coisa tb que não é avisado quando você efetua a compra do pacote, enganação nada funciona, comprei também drenagem linfática e a mesma coisa, na hora de vender o pacote dizem a certeza do atendimento toda semana, mas sempre jogam pra 15 dias pra frente, nada funciona neste lugar, as recepcionistas te tratam como se estivessem fazendo um favor, tudo péssimo, não vale o stress, nenhum procedimento é válido nesta clínica, gastem o dinheiro em outro lugar, não compensa nada.
