Entrei em contato agendei um procedimento, a pessoa que me atendeu disse que ficaria em torno de R$ 150,00 e que levasse em espécie, pois era uma promoção, não poderia ser cartão crédito ou débito. Ao chegar fico 10 minutos na portaria interfonando até conseguir com que alguém me atenda, ao chegar na sala fui fui informado que não poderia ser atendido, pois a pessoa que me atenderia foi embora mais cedo, se quer tiveram a complacência em entrar em contato e reagendar o atendimento. Para emenda sair pior que o soneto ao informar que não faria mais nada por conta do descaso, a pessoa estava no telefone com outra falando algo sabe-se lá o que ainda teve a coragem de dizer assim: "Não vai mais fazer nada, não quer reagendar, saiu daqui putinho...". Eis o excelente tratamento que dão aos seus clientes.
