★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As profissionais são boas, a única reclamação é quanto ao atendimento na marcação, principalmente via WhatsApp. Demoram muito a responder, as vezes nem respondem. Já liguei para a clinica e também não atenderam. Isso é ruim. Tem que melhorar nesse aspecto.
The professionals are good, the only complaint is about the appointment service, especially via WhatsApp. They take a long time to respond, sometimes they don't even respond. I already called the clinic and they didn't answer either. This is bad. You have to improve in this aspect.

Minha preferida é a Elaine. Custo-benefício muito bom. Sobre acessibilidade ♿ a loja é bem apertada, com algumas adaptações, dá pra entrar.
Great designers. I can never book in advance, but it's always okay to go and wait a little bit. I've been attended by several employees and I've always liked the result. My favorite is Elaine. Very good value for money. About accessibility ♿ the store is very cramped, with some adaptations, you can enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service. Whilst I didn’t speak Portuguese the staff there were very helpful and were able to decipher what I wanted from my hand gestures :)! They did a perfect job on my eyebrows. 5* service. The price is about what I’d pay in central London, around £9 for eyebrow shape and tidy.
