Me senti numa paz, minha pele ficou perfeita e sem nem uma dor no corpo. Mayra a profissional que me atendeu é super profissional e segura do que faz. Amei e vou voltar sempre.
 Now leaving the spa and I was delighted. Best skin cleansing of life, massage and bath. Clean and cozy place. I felt at peace, my skin was perfect and without even a pain in the body. Mayra, the professional who attended me, is super professional and sure of what she does. I loved it and I will always come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos o SPA de casal e foi perfeito! Estamos em Lua de mel e com todo o cansaço de organizar o casamento, tirar uma tarde para relaxar e receber o carinho em cada detalhe das meninas foi incrível!! Recomendo muuuuito e quando voltar a Natal com toda a certeza irei novamente ❤️❤️❤️
We did the couple's SPA and it was perfect! We are on our honeymoon and with all the fatigue of organizing the wedding, taking an afternoon to relax and receive the affection in every detail from the girls was amazing!! I highly recommend it and when I return to Natal I will definitely go again ❤️❤️❤️

Horrível experiência que nem tive, e só perdir tempo tentando consumir um serviço onde iria pagar! Atendimento zerO
I only gave the star to comment on the dissatisfaction because not even attended to, I was duly. It takes a long time to respond on watts, there was no one at the reception where I waited for more than 30min. Horrible experience that I didn't even have, and just wasting time trying to consume a service where I would pay! zero service

Compartilhei um pacote de Spa Day com a minha esposa no aniversário dela e fomos super bem atendidas pela May e a Lê… o espaço é aconchegante, limpo e ainda recebemos um lanche especial! Ainda acrescentaram um bolo e pétalas de rosas para o aniversário da minha amada… tudo ótimo, obrigada equipe do Spa Essência Natal vcs arrasaram!
Excellent service!! I shared a Spa Day package with my wife on her birthday and we were super well taken care of by May and Lê… the space is cozy, clean and we even got a special snack! They even added a cake and rose petals for my loved one's birthday… all great, thank you Spa Essência Natal team you guys rocked it!

Adorei o lanche , porém falta um café para q seja completo.
Recomendo.
Beautiful and cozy place. Great service, full day spa, whirlpool, facial and body massage, skin cleansing, I admit I was expecting a little more from the foot spa.
I loved the snack, but it lacks a coffee for it to be complete.
I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The massage here was a really great surprise! Well structured, the rooms have a very nice vibe and decoration, plus Mayra's massage was one of the best I ever had. If you can, book a package including the jacuzzi.
