Desmarquei compromissos e quando já estava no meio do caminho me avisam que não vão poder me atender. Muita desorganização, falta de respeito!

I canceled appointments and when I was halfway there they let me know that they won't be able to attend me. Too much disorganization, lack of respect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Participei de uma promoção de Natal de uma unidade da Sobrancelhas Design que me dava de presente um peeling de diamante na Spa Fisio. Entrei em contato com a Spa Fisio pelo whatsapp e as minhas mensagens eram visualizadas mas não eram respondidas. Até que liguei para o telefone fixo da empresa e agendei um horário. No dia do meu atendimento, recebi uma mensagem por WhatsApp (interessante que quando é do interesse deles eles falam pelo whatsapp) da Spa Fisio desmarcando o meu horário, agendado há mais de uma semana. A Spa Fisio está criando resistência em prestar o serviço acordado.
I participated in a Christmas promotion for a unit of Sobebrhas Design that gave me a diamond peel at Spa Fisio as a gift. I contacted Spa Fisio on whatsapp and my messages were viewed but were not answered. Until I called the company's landline and made an appointment. On the day of my appointment, I received a message via WhatsApp (interesting that when it is in their interest they speak via whatsapp) from Spa Fisio unmarking my time, scheduled more than a week ago. Spa Fisio is creating resistance in providing the agreed service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei a compra no Peixe Urbano de uma oferta e ao longo do dia efetuei 9 ligações tentando agendar o procedimento, mas em nenhuma das vezes fui atendida. Ou seja, divulgam na oferta um número que não existe ninguém para atender. Eu comprei uma oferta de 5 sessões, imagina se para cada sessão eu tivesse que ligar para efetuar atendimento?! De imediato troquei meu cupom por créditos. E quando chego aqui para registrar a reclamação e me deparo com tantas pessoas insatisfeitas com o serviço/atendimento, concluo que o melhor que fiz foi trocar a oferta por créditos no app. NÃO RECOMENDO E CONTAREI PARA QUEM EU PUDER A MINHA EXPERIÊNCIA COM ESTA CLÍNICA!!!
