★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os pontos positivos: o salão é limpo, minha consulta foi pontual e o pessoal é profissional. Os negativos: fiquei descontente com o nível de atenção e a qualidade do esforço despendido em meus cachos. O corte nas laterais do meu cabelo (corte baixo) ficou bom, porém estou insatisfeita com as transições dos meus cachos ou a falta de desbaste que solicitei. E cachos devem ser a especialidade deste salão. O preço de 160 reais para corte de cabelo e terapia capilar pode valer a pena para mulheres com cabelos longos, mas definitivamente não vale a pena para homens com cabelos mais curtos, já que a qualidade do corte cacheado não é alta. Estou dando dois pelo nível de serviço e pontualidade.
Estou editando minha avaliação e atribuo 4 estrelas a eles, graças ao incrível atendimento ao cliente online. Eles foram super responsivos à minha reclamação e ofereceram um ajuste ou reembolso total. Ainda assim, a experiência do corte de cabelo não era o que eu tinha em mente, mas SpaDosCachos bem feito pela maneira como você trata os clientes :)
 The positive points: the salon is clean, my appointment was punctual and the staff is professional. The negatives: I was unhappy with the level of attention and the quality of effort put into my curls. The cut on the sides of my hair (low cut) was fine, but I'm dissatisfied with the transitions in my curls or the lack of thinning I requested. And curls must be the specialty of this salon. The price of 160 reais for haircut and hair therapy may be worth it for women with long hair, but it is definitely not worth it for men with shorter hair, as the quality of the curly cut is not high. I'm giving two for the level of service and punctuality.
I'm editing my review and giving them 4 stars thanks to their amazing online customer service. They were super responsive to my complaint and offered an adjustment or full refund. Still, the haircut experience wasn't what I had in mind, but SpaDosCachos well done by the way you treat customers :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu já fui a este local e tive a experiência mais incrível da minha vida em todos os aspectos houve excelência em tudo o que foi feito, na minha segunda tentativa de ir, eu verifiquei que há exigências que para mim são absurdas afinal eu nunca vi alguém ir para um salão com o cabelo "perfeito" ou nas condições que estão na foto abaixo afinal nos vamos ao salão para cuidar, tentei ver com o pessoal pelo direct se era isso mesmo o que estava no site nas recomendações e pra minha frustração eu teria que estar com o cabelo intacto me senti super decepcionada e frustrada, me senti até inferior se assim posso dizer eu estava com o cabelo preso e sem lavar a uma semana pois na minha rua é difícil demais ter agua, e derrepente para eu ser cuidada em um serviço que não é barato e eu entendo o valor, não puder ser atendida. Acabei indo a um lugar mais caro que não é especialista em cachos e por isso acredito que tenha sido mais caro não foi imposto nenhum pre requisito ao meu cabelo ele foi cuidado do jeito que estava e com muito carinho. Não voltarei mas ao estabelecimento, uma pena por que como havia dito para mim era incrível e hapoucos lugares especializados em cabelo cacheado/crespo.
I have already been to this place and I had the most incredible experience of my life in all aspects there was excellence in everything that was done, on my second attempt to go I found that there are requirements that are absurd for me after all I have never seen anyone going to a salon with "perfect" hair or in the conditions that are in the photo below after all we go to the salon to take care of it, I tried to see with the staff by direct if that was what was on the website in the recommendations and to my frustration I would have that having intact hair I felt super disappointed and frustrated, I even felt inferior if I may say so I had my hair tied up and hadn't washed it for a week because on my street it's too difficult to have water, and suddenly for me to be taken care of in a service that is not cheap and I understand the value, cannot be met. I ended up going to a more expensive place that doesn't specialize in curls and that's why I believe it was more expensive there was no pre-requisite imposed on my hair it was taken care of the way it was and with great care. I will not go back to the establishment, a shame because as I said it was amazing and there are few places specializing in curly hair.
