★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopping tem boa localização no centro da cidade próximo a praça piedade, loja de departamento só tem a C&A e americanas, algumas lojas de calçado mas em relação a opções para compras fica um pouco a desejar por não ter variedades. Já em relação a lazer para as crianças estão sempre inovando com atrações no 1 piso e na praça de alimentação.
Mall has good location in the city center near the square mercy, department store only has the C & A and US, some shoe shops but in relation to options for shopping is something to be desired not to have varieties. Already in relation to leisure children are always innovating with attractions on one floor and the food court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje marquei um atendimento por telefone e tive uma péssima experiência. Fui no horário agendado e três funcionários em momentos distintos que perguntaram se tinha horário agendado e eu disse que sim, as três olharam no sistema e não localizaram, no entanto não me derem retorno algum. Após eu demostrar minha insatisfação uma funcionária disse que iria aplicar anestesia em um cliente e que voltava para fazer meu atendimento. Até aí tudo bem, de fato foi uma situação, mas a pior parte está por vir; uma das funcionárias que estava na recepção comeu a cochichar com outra a outra até que eu ouvi "a bebê acha que estava aqui para atender na hora que ela quiser" se referindo a mim. Acho que falta de organização é algo bem chato, mas desrespeito é algo além.
E essa não foi a primeira situação desagradável que eu passei, uma outra vez estava no meio do atendimento quando a funcionária me deixou esperando para ir resolver questões pessoais (uma pessoa passou fazendo cobrança de algo que ela havia comprado).
Essa foi a primeira unidade que conheci da rede, mas hoje está decaindo bastantes manchando a imagem de toda a rede.
Today I made an appointment by phone and had a bad experience. I went at the scheduled time and three employees at different times who asked if I had a scheduled time and I said yes, the three looked in the system and did not find it, however did not give me any feedback. After I showed my dissatisfaction, an employee said that she would give anesthesia to a client and that she would come back to do my care. So far so good, in fact it was a situation, but the worst part is yet to come; one of the employees who was at the reception started whispering to another the other until I heard "the baby thinks she was here to answer anytime she wants" referring to me. I think lack of organization is a very boring thing, but disrespect is something beyond.
And this was not the first unpleasant situation that I went through, another time I was in the middle of the service when the employee left me waiting to go and resolve personal issues (a person passed by charging for something she had bought).
This was the first unit I met from the network, but today it is decaying quite a lot, tarnishing the image of the entire network.

A única coisa que fica devendo é que no primeiro andar não tem ar condicionado e por isso faz um pouco de calor ?
Fora isso profissionais excelentes e ótimo atendimento!
Nice place and easy access in the piedade mall!
The only thing lacking is that the first floor doesn't have air conditioning and that's why it's a little hot ?
Other than that, excellent professionals and great service!

Fazem pouco caso, demora muito pra responder, pra remarcar, tudo bem que sabemos que exitem várias clientes, mas acharia que deveria ter um pouco mais de comprometimento. Poderia indicar sim, a profissional, mas o espaço e o atendimento é péssimo.
Professional Gisele may even be good. But the customer service and aftercare is terrible. They don't care, it takes a long time to respond, to reschedule, it's okay that we know that there are several customers, but I would think you should have a little more commitment. I could indicate yes, the professional, but the space and service is terrible.

Wonderful service, I found the place on insta and booked at the last minute. Lucky for me, I had availability.
I did an eyebrow but soon I will return for other procedures. I was on the run during the day.
