Imaginava uma coisa e tive outra bem diferente.( pedi fio a fio e percebi que tinha alguns "tufos", que deixei bem claro não gostar) Além do valor ser bem mais alto do que qualquer outro oferecido na cidade. Outra situação foi a de oferecer um desconto para determinado dia e quando fui fazer o pagamento o desconto deixou de existir pois era no cartão ( o que não ficou explicito no p´re atendimento).
The service is impeccable. All very polite. But I didn't like the result. I imagined one thing and had a very different one. (I asked for string by string and realized that I had some "tufts", which I made clear I didn't like) Besides the value being much higher than any other offered in the city. Another situation was offering a discount for a certain day and when I went to make the payment, the discount no longer existed because it was on the card (which was not made explicit in the service).
