My service was great, a very good package, the employees were very friendly .. I loved the service .. The bad part is just because there is no parking but this is the least.

Liguei e marquei com a proprietária (Amélia) e hoje que foi o dia marcado eu cheguei e a funcionária Amanda desconhecia meu agendamento. Liguei no mesmo momento para a Amélia e ela, simplesmente me pediu desculpas pela falta de comunicação entre ela e seu estabelecimento. Absurdo!!! Pois saí mais cedo do trabalho, estava querendo relaxar um pouco e só fiz me stressar. Detestei o local, pois não tem estacionamento, fui recebida por uma funcionária que, alem de está com um chinelo no pé não teve discernimento para sair da saia justa causada pela proprietária. Havia marcado um horário para as 15 horas e ela queria que eu esperasse até as 16:30. O lugar horrivel, as funcionárias despreparadas e a proprietária incompetente.
My first experience was the worst possible. I bought a massage service by Peixe Urbano. I called and made an appointment with the owner (Amélia) and today that was the scheduled day I arrived and the employee Amanda was unaware of my schedule. I immediately called Amélia and she simply apologized for the lack of communication between her and her establishment. Absurd!!! Because I left work early, I wanted to relax a little and I just stressed. I hated the place because it has no parking, I was received by an employee who, besides having a slipper on her foot, had no discernment to leave the tight skirt caused by the owner. I had made an appointment for 3 pm and she wanted me to wait until 4:30 pm. The horrible place, the unprepared employees and the incompetent owner.
