★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um voucher no Groupon para dar de presente para a minha mãe. Ela agendou para dia 08/03/18. Até aí tudo bem! Quando ela chegou lá só tinha uma moça trabalhando. Essa mesma moça preparou o ofurô e atendeu várias ligações. O pacote contemplava 5 serviços. Ofurô, massagem facial, corporal, reflexologia é um outro que não me recordo e que tbm não foi prestado. O tempo para os serviços deveria ser de 1h30. Minha mãe chegou as 11h da manhã e 12h30 estava saindo. Só que durante estas 1h30 de serviço a atendente passou 35 min no telefone, atendendo outros clientes. A massagem facial não foi feita. A reflexologia (massagem nos pés) também não foi feita. O ofurô parecia ter lodo de tão liso e seboso que estava. Ou seja, eu passei vergonha em dar este presente para a minha mãe! E ela teve uma experiência horrível.
I bought a voucher at Groupon to give as a gift to my mom. She scheduled for 08/03/18. So far so good! When she got there, there was only one girl working. That same girl prepared the hot tub and answered several calls. The package included 5 services. Hot tub, facial, body massage, reflexology is another that I do not remember and that was also not provided. The time for services should be 1h30. My mother arrived at 11 am and 12:30 was leaving. Only during these 1h30 of service the attendant spent 35 min on the phone, attending other customers. The facial massage was not done. Reflexology (foot massage) was also not performed. The hot tub seemed to be so smooth and greasy that it was. That is, I was ashamed to give this gift to my mother! And she had a horrible experience.
